Right after checkout you’ll see a download link on the confirmation screen, and a copy of that link is emailed to the address you entered. The email usually lands within a minute or two.

Each one is a single file that opens in any web browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. There is nothing to install and no subscription, and you don’t need Word, Excel, or any specialty software.
Make sure the download finished completely — a partial download is the usual culprit. If it saved as a .zip, unzip it first, then double-click the file inside. It should open in your default browser.
If it still won’t open, tell us what device and browser you’re using and we’ll get you a working copy.
